Many of you have expressed a highly flattering desire for more frequent columns. Alas, despite my avid nerdiness, reviewing the science behind each topic is much more time-consuming than merely giving my opinions on the matter—opinionated though I admittedly am ;). Accuracy, too, is paramount. Because many readers are seeking actionable advice and not just entertainment, a reality-based answer is vital to you and an essential part of my motivation in launching the blog. And I hope the bi-weekly publication schedule gives everyone time to get into commenting about what you’ve read, plus a bit of time to apply the information to your life if it’s right for you.
