Help Me Heal My Broken Heart

This is Vic, Duana’s husband.  Duana asked that I share her post with you today while she is in recovery. Duana is coming through this wonderfully. 

Wise Readers,

In an ironic twist of fate, this time the Love Scientist has a broken heart.  Or did have.  I recently learned that my genetically flawed mitral valve required fixing via open heart surgery, Or Else. 

So yesterday, June 21^st, the repair occurred.  And now I am lying in hospital, well-supplied with drugs the names of which I cannot pronounce at this moment, given their consciousness-impairing effects.  In fact, right now I probably can’t tell anyone my name. 

That will change very soon, of course.  I’m told I’ll feel like superwoman in a few weeks~better than I’ve felt in perhaps 20 years. 

But in the meantime, could you do me a favor? Please help me heal this week and next, by sending your words of support and encouragement.  You can put them in the comments section, or write to my email address of Duana@LoveScienceMedia.com.  Knowing you are rooting for me will be so uplifting.
